Cancelling your order
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund you in full within 14 days of being informed of your decision to cancel.
If you cancel your order after it is dispatched, but before deliver, we will refund you the cost of your order less any delivery costs already incurred by us. The refund will be issued within 14 days of the goods being returned to our warehouse.
If you cancel your order after delivery, please contact us to arrange collection. Please see the relevant section on Returning your goods.
We will only refund you using the same payment method used to pay for the goods.
